Semence Stars operates as a technical and educational training center within the Olympic system. Its primary mandate is to promote, enhance, and develop all 56 federal sports disciplines recognized by the Ministry of Sports and Physical Education in Cameroon, extending its impact across the African continent.

Beyond athlete development, the association integrates specialized, interconnected technical training hubs, including:

  • Refereeing academies

  • Physiotherapy and sports medicine clinics

  • Massage therapy and Swedish massage certification centers

Strategic Missions & Talent Scouting Pyramid

The organization utilizes a pyramidal scouting and development structure designed to capture talent at every societal level and maximize human potential.

A. Rural and Underprivileged Outreach
  • Objective: Identify and rescue athletic talent in rural areas and marginalized urban peripheries before youth potential is lost due to a lack of infrastructure or opportunity.

  • Selection Platforms: Holiday championships and organized community leisure sports.

B. Primary and Secondary Education (Categories A, B, & C)
  • Objective: Establish formal contact with public and private school administrations to scout early-stage talent.

  • Selection Platforms: FENASCO school games and inter-college sports competitions.

C. University and Higher Education
  • Objective: Collaborate directly with university departments of physical and sporting activities to refine advanced, "semi-finished" student-athletes.

  • Selection Platforms: National University Games, Inter-Campus tournaments, and Inter-Lecture Hall leagues.

D. Diaspora Rescue and Retraining Initiative
  • Objective: Support Cameroonian and African athlete diaspora who have migrated to metropolitan France and are struggling to find professional clubs.

  • Action Plan: Facilitate their voluntary return, provide professional sports retraining, and connect them with licensed player agents to re-launch their high-level athletic careers.
